Effective October 25, 2026.

What we collect from you

Your email address and the trade, county and minimum job value you choose. Payment details are collected and stored by Stripe, not by us.

If you join a waitlist, we keep your email address and the trade and county you asked for, only so we can tell you when a seat opens. Ask us to remove it at any time.

How we use it

To send your morning permit email and handle your subscription. We don't sell or share your information, except with the service providers that run the service (payments, email delivery, hosting).

Permit data

Alerts contain information from public building-permit records published by the cities and counties we cover. We don't collect or send property owners' names.

Your choices
